Sessions and fees

Initial session:
30-minute introductory session free of charge

Follow-up sessions:
Fees are agreed individually

Initial contact:

For an initial contact, you can reach me by email or through the contact form, including your name and availability. We can schedule a free 30-minute introductory session to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, discuss your expectations, and answer any questions you may have. I will also explain my approach so that we can explore together whether therapy feels like the right fit for you.

Frequency & Session Length:

Psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes long. The frequency of sessions is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and availability.

Mindfulness and yoga sessions can be offered individually or in groups. Their duration and frequency are agreed upon according to the format and the needs of each person or group.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments:

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full.

Confidentiality:

Everything you share during our sessions is treated with confidentiality and respect for your privacy.

Languages:

Sessions are available in Spanish, German, or English.
